Seize Air will exhibit at PTC ASIA 2026, held 3–6 November 2026 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. You will find us in Hall N4, Booth D3. If you are sourcing compressors, planning a station upgrade, or evaluating a supplier for distribution, this is the four days when our engineers are in one room and available for real technical conversation.
Trade shows are easy to skip. It is worth being clear about what is actually different about meeting in person when a specification can be handled over email.

Why visit instead of sending another enquiry
Compressed air equipment is specified on numbers — required flow, working pressure, duty cycle, ambient conditions, air quality class. Those numbers can be exchanged by email, and they usually are. What email handles badly is the part that determines whether a machine actually performs on your site: the shape of your demand profile, the constraints of your existing room, the reason your current machine trips in August.
At the booth you can bring that context and get an answer in the same conversation. Three things happen faster in person:
- Bring your demand data, leave with a sizing check. If you know your peak and average consumption, your working pressure and your duty pattern, our engineers can sanity-check the configuration on the spot rather than after three rounds of clarification.
- See the machine running, not photographed. Sound, heat rejection and control behaviour are the things buyers ask about most and can least judge from a datasheet.
- Ask the awkward question. What fails first, what the service interval really costs, what the lead time is when you need a spare airend. Answers given face to face tend to be more specific than answers given in a quotation.

What to prepare before you come
Four days is a lot of walking and not a lot of time per booth. Visitors who get the most out of it arrive with the following written down:
- Working pressure at the point of use, and the pressure you are currently generating — the gap between those two numbers is usually where the savings are.
- Peak and average air demand, or the number and type of your main consumers if you do not have flow measurement.
- Ambient conditions at the site: summer maximum, winter minimum, altitude, dust or vapour in the intake air.
- Required air quality class, if your process has one — stated as particles, water and oil separately.
- What is not working in the current setup. This is often more useful than a clean specification.
Photographs of the existing compressor room are genuinely helpful. They answer questions about ventilation, drainage and access that are slow to describe in words.
Practical notes
PTC ASIA 2026 runs across four days, and the halls are busiest in the middle two; if your schedule allows, the first morning and the final afternoon are the quietest times to have a technical conversation. The venue is the Shanghai New International Expo Centre in Pudong, on Longyang Road; both Pudong and Hongqiao airports connect to it by metro, and the trip is worth planning in advance rather than on the morning. November in Shanghai is mild, and the halls are large — comfortable shoes are not a joke.
If you want a fixed time slot with a specific engineer rather than a drop-in, tell us in advance and we will hold it. That is the single biggest difference between a productive visit and a crowded one.
How to reach us
Overseas visitors can contact us directly to arrange a meeting, request an invitation code or ask a question before the show:
- WhatsApp: +86 152 3599 1162
- Email: kevin@seize-air.com
- Free visitor invitation code: available on request — message us on WhatsApp with your company name and we will send it to you.
If you are planning your visit now, send us your arrival date and the topics you want to cover, and we will make sure the right person is at the booth when you arrive.

About the photographs
The booth photographs in this article were taken at a previous edition of the exhibition. They show how we present equipment and how the stand is arranged, not the 2026 stand design. The 2026 machine line-up will be confirmed at the show; if a specific model matters to your decision, contact us before travelling and we will confirm whether it will be on the stand.
