Oil-free scroll air compressor features:
- During operation, the scroll disk of the unique Neo involute tooth profile technology scroll machine will be at high temperature due to the lack of lubricating oil cooling. Neo involute tooth profile technology solves the problem of thermal deformation of the scroll disk at high temperature and effectively ensures the reliability of the scroll machine. High-performance inverter is used to control the speed with surface-treated high-reliability bearings, and multiple control modes can be selected.
- On the basis of P mode control, multi-machine compound control is added, and the two can be switched through simple operations on the operation panel. In the multi-machine compound control mode, the number of main engine running units is automatically controlled according to the air consumption, and the optimal operation of the compressor is achieved while ensuring the required pressure.
- By adding grease filling ports, grease can be filled without disassembling the dynamic/fixed scroll disk of the scroll machine main engine. The maintenance process is greatly simplified.
- Through the optimization of the scroll chassis design, low noise near the library environment is achieved. (3.7kW model, noise value is only 47dB[A]).
